Our mission is to provide a modern, forward thinking and futuristic approach to corporate/education training, media marketing, branding and professional development.  The ChiLife team is reimagining how to merge social media, podcasting, L&D, music with media marketing for education and training. We can integrate with many different LMS systems and we can create E-learning courses, hybrid and asynchronous.

Additionally, we provide consulting on education systems and processes to reduce inefficiencies and enhance productivity. Our expertise extends to customer service training and workforce preparation for candidates.

Presentations, speakers at conferences, media marketing & branding consultation for the organization.  

Mr. Torres has served as an interim principal, senior seminar teacher in the same neighborhood he grew up in and attended school. He also has served as a part-time adjunct, guiding international students through the transition to post-secondary education and helping many students qualify for millions of dollars in scholarships, grants and aid. He is an advocate for education, holding three graduate degrees—MBA, M.Ed., Ed.S. (’26)—and is currently a doctoral candidate, expected to complete his EdD Doctorate in educational leadership by 2028. Mr. Torres connects deeply with his students and mentees by linking his own journey to theirs, overcoming barriers of personal hardship, environment. culture, and language. For the past few years, he has been preparing and mentoring the future community leaders.

Mr. Torres has been a community leader since his youth in Chicago’s Hermosa neighborhood. He was mentored by Pastor Morales at the Christian International Missionary Academy where he served as a youth leader. As one of the few students ever to do so, he held the position of class president at DePaul College Prep throughout all four year

Mr. Torres has been a community leader since his youth in Chicago’s Hermosa neighborhood. He was mentored by Pastor Morales at the Christian International Missionary Academy where he served as a youth leader. As one of the few students ever to do so, he held the position of class president at DePaul College Prep throughout all four years of high school. Growing up in the Avondale neighborhood, his parents used their life savings to send him to a private school. He has dedicated himself to advocating for all students to graduate in urban areas and towns in America and not have to face the same challenges his family experienced. Considered the prodigal son, he dropped out of six colleges and dealt with many difficulties that young people deal with in the city of Chicago. Overcoming challenges such as living on the streets of Chicago and becoming a parent to an autistic child. Eventually he found his path through faith, deciding to change careers becoming an educator. Then deciding to come back to his childhood neighborhood to lead and mentor the youth of Chicago while sharing his story of redemption and success.
