Our mission is to provide a modern, forward thinking approach and futuristic approach to corporate/education training, media marketing, branding and professional development.  The ChiLife team is reimagining how to merge social media, podcasting, L&D, music with media marketing for education and training. We can integrate with many different LMS systems and we can create E-learning courses, hybrid and asynchronous. 

  Our team consists of experienced professionals who specialize in delivering innovative and creative corporate training solutions. We offer programs covering marketing, customer service, and home health aide training. Additionally, we provide language instruction tailored for bilingual workforces proficient in both English and Spanish.

Mr. Torres has been a community leader since his youth in Chicago’s Hermosa neighborhood. He was mentored by Pastor Morales at the Christian International Missionary Movement, where he served as a youth leader. Mr. Torres has been a community leader since his youth in Chicago’s Hermosa neighborhood. He was mentored by Pastor Morales at the Christian International Missionary Movement, where he served as a youth leader. As one of the few students ever to do so, he held the position of class president at DePaul College Prep throughout all four years of high school. Growing up in the Avondale neighborhood, his parents spent their life savings to send him to a private school. He has dedicated himself to advocating for student school choice and promoting charter schools. So that working families in Chicago and across cities and towns in America do not have to face the same challenges his family experienced. Considered the prodigal son, he dropped out of six colleges and dealt with many difficulties that young people deal with in the city of Chicago. Eventually he found his path through faith, deciding to change careers and become an educator. Today, Mr. Torres serves as a Senior Seminar Teacher in the same neighborhood he grew up in and attended school. He also serves as a part-time adjunct, guiding young people through the transition to post-secondary education and helping them qualify for millions of dollars in scholarships. He is an advocate for education, holding three graduate degrees—MBA, M.Ed., Ed.S. (’26)—and is currently a doctoral candidate, expected to complete his EdD Doctorate in educational leadership by 2028. Mr. Torres connects deeply with his mentees by linking his own journey to theirs, overcoming barriers of culture, language, and ethnicity. For the past two years, he has been preparing the future community leaders of Chicago.
